Heavy-Duty 3-in-1 Combination Antenna with Exceptional High Performance

2J Antennas is expanding their “Medusa” series by adding a high-performance 3-in-1 combination antenna (2J7041BGFa) for Cellular/LTE MIMO and GNSS global navigation. This multi-function, high-performance, heavy-duty antenna solution is ideal for automotive, industrial equipment, and transportation applications where permanent or temporary screw mounting is required. 

The dual Cellular / LTE (cables 1 and 2) is dedicated to voice and data devices that operate within 4G LTE, FirstNet, LPWA, NB-IoT, Cat-X-Mx-NBx, 3G, and 2G standards. This antenna offers high gains with high efficiency across 698 MHz – 2700 MHz frequency bands and is backward compatible with existing LTE networks. By adding dual cellular capabilities, the antenna can consistently search and pair the strongest signal to assure uninterrupted connectivity regardless of the location and angle. 

Single cable (cable 3) GNSS antenna is designed with navigational precision for automotive and transportation applications that operate within GPS, QZSS, Galileo, and Glonass standards. With a hemispherical radiation pattern, RHCP, and saw filter, this antenna offers a high active gain with excellent efficiency across 1575.42 MHz and 1598-1610 MHz frequencies.

Installation / Environmental

The elegantly designed dome-shaped housing measures Ø 96 × 90 mm and is made from industrial-grade ASA UV stable material with an aluminum alloy base. With full IP67, IP69, and IK09 certification, this antenna is fully waterproof and resistant to dust, high temperatures, and impact ideal for outdoor applications. 

The screw mount is ideal for long-term installations but also ideal for temporary installations on any surface for short-term applications. This antenna combination is also available with magnetic, pole, and lightweight plastic screw mounting options. 

All cables are high-quality low loss (LMR195/LMR100) cables and are connected via SMA-Male connectors.  This antenna has been tuned to a standard 300 cm cable length for optimal performance however we offer a large selection of alternative cables.
